BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157; molecular formula C62H98N16O22; CAS 137525-51-0) is a pentadecapeptide composed of 15 amino acids first isolated from human gastric juice. Over 700 published studies have examined this peptide in laboratory and animal model systems. The research literature describes investigations into angiogenesis — the formation of new blood vessels from pre-existing vasculature — and modulation of growth factor signaling, including vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and fibroblast growth factor (FGF) pathways relevant to tissue repair models.
BPC-157 has also been studied in gastrointestinal research contexts, including intestinal mucosa and endothelial integrity model systems, given its endogenous gastric origin. The breadth of the published literature, spanning several decades of preclinical investigation, makes it one of the most characterized peptides in the regenerative research category.
TB-500 (CAS 107761-42-2) is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring peptide Thymosin Beta-4, an actin-binding protein. Thymosin Beta-4 sequesters globular actin (G-actin) and is implicated in actin polymerization regulation, cellular migration, and wound-model signaling. In laboratory studies, TB-500 is investigated for angiogenesis and cellular migration research, complementing the BPC-157 research profile.
Combining BPC-157 with TB-500 in blended research formulations — as in the Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500) — is a research design intended to study concurrent signaling at two complementary nodes. Proprietary blends extend this further: the Glow Blend (BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu) adds the copper tripeptide to study extracellular matrix and collagen synthesis signaling, while the Klow Blend (BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu + KPV) adds KPV (Lys-Pro-Val), a melanocortin receptor research peptide, to study anti-inflammatory signaling pathway interactions. Bacteriostatic Water is used for reconstitution of these lyophilized compounds. All compounds are for laboratory and scientific research use only.
